Remuneration policy
Remuneration principles of Tatra Asset Management, správ. spol., a.s. (hereinafter "the company") are created in accordance with Act no. 203/2011 Coll. on collective investment, as amended and by the guidelines of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). The adopted principles of the company's remuneration are in accordance with proper and effective risk management, business strategy, goals, values ??and interests of the company and the funds managed by it. Remuneration policies do not encourage the acceptance of risk that is inconsistent with the company's risk profile, company fund statutes or instruments of incorporation, are fully consistent with the policy of integrating sustainability risk, and include measures to avoid conflicts of interest.
In accordance with the remuneration principles, remuneration is divided into a fixed remuneration component, consisting of a performance-independent wage and a variable remuneration component, which is dependent on performance. The company annually performs the process of selection, evaluation and identification of job positions and employees who have an impact on the risk profile of the company or managed mutual funds. The whole evaluation and selection process must be properly documented. The evaluation and selection of identified persons is performed by the Board of Directors together with interested parties. The final list of identified persons is approved by the Company's Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board, on a proposal from the Board of Directors, adopts and regularly reviews the general principles of the remuneration principles, is responsible for the application of the general remuneration principles and reviews the application of the general remuneration principles at least once a year. The implementation of the remuneration policy and the selection of identified persons at least once a year is subject to central and independent internal control aimed at compliance with the company's remuneration principles and is performed by the company's internal audit department.
