We also recommend that you avoid places with insufficient lighting or, on the contrary, too strong lighting that causes shadows, and do not take pictures with a bright window or other light source in the background. It is important to hold the device perpendicular to the face, at the right height, so that the face is not distorted by turning or tilting the device, and at the same time not to deviate from the displayed outline.
If you do not have glasses in the photo in your ID card, it is ideal to verify yourself via Face biometricsTB without glasses. If the application evaluates that you have glasses on, it will prompt you to put them away.
It is ideal to have suitable lighting conditions and the ID card placed on a solid, single-colored surface so that it can be scanned through the displayed template. At the same time, it is advisable to clean the card from any dirt. We also recommend wiping the lenses on your device's camera.
