Our beginnings
Doplnková dôchodková spoločnosť Tatra banky, a.s. (DDS Tatra banky) was established in January 1998. It is a subsidiary of Tatra banka and at the same time part of the Raiffeisen International Group. It is one of the founding members of the Association of Supplementary Pension Companies (ADDS).
The share capital of DDS Tatra banky is 1,659,700.00 EUR. The activity of DDS Tatra banky is aligned with the requirements of the American FATCA law.
A 1/3 of the market share
Since its foundation, DDS Tatra banky has been the second largest company on the supplementary pension savings market in the Slovak Republic. By asset volume, we have a 33% market share at the end of May 2022. We currently manage over 960 million EUR.
Our portfolio includes more than 15,000 employers who actively contribute to the pension of their employees. At the same time, it is the largest market share of all DDS companies on the Slovak market.
