Tatra banka needs the following documents:
- data on the apartment building’s economic management,
- a completed questionnaire.
Possible security
In the case of associations of flat owners:
- pledge over receivables.
In the case of owners of flats and non-residential premises in an apartment building acting through an administrator:
- without security, or
- pledge over receivables.
Qualification conditions
You must comply with the following conditions:
- sufficient contributions to the operation, maintenance and repair fund to cover the loan repayment,
- compliance with security-related conditions.
