You can make direct deals by telephone in: 

• Corporate bonds
• Treasury bills and bonds

Purchase or selling price is determined under the current financial market situation.
It is possible to give purchase or sale instructions of a particular security by telephone at either limit or market price.  

Tatra banka as a primary dealer offers its clients a possibility to participate in primary issuances and auctions of the Slovak government securities.

Issuance of securities enables clients to obtain funds for coverage of all client's needs, starting with short-term needs for coverage of one's own cash flow insufficiency up to long-term investment plans.

• Registration of booked Slovak or foreign securities except for domestic participation certificates
• Provision of payout of principals and income from securities in favour of a current account maintained with Tatra banka
• Information of payout of principals and income in form of transaction statement
• Statement from investment account for client to attend general meeting
• Provision of taxation of income from securities (tax for Slovak securities is applied in compliance with valid legal and tax regulations of the SR, in case of foreign securities we inform the client of the method of withholding tax application via the Tax Manual)

• Conclusion of deals by telephone from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m
