Change of Business Terms and Conditions for electronic banking

Dear Clients,
We would like to inform you that from June 1, 2025, the following changes will come into effect:
- Business Terms and Conditions of Tatra banka, a.s. for electronic banking (hereinafter referred to as "BTC").
The changes include, for example, the automatic update of voice biometric samples during voice verification, we also introduce another method to activate electronic banking services using the ČítačkaTB (ReaderTB) application, and we are implementing limit management for SEPA instant payments. Further adjustments include, for example, the renaming of the product i:deposit to Digital Time Deposit and aligning the wording with the General Business Terms and Conditions of Tatra banka, a.s.
The complete wording of the BTC, including detailed information about the individual changes, will be available to you starting March 31, 2025, at the bank's branches and on the website www.tatrabanka.sk.
If you do not agree with the changes to the aforementioned conditions, you have the right to terminate your contractual relationship with the bank free of charge and with immediate effect. Otherwise, the amended contractual terms will apply to you from the effective date of the changes.
