Instructions for activating the Tatra banka mobile application

Dear clients,

When updating the Tatra banka mobile application to version 3.20, the application may be deactivated on some mobile devices with the IOS operating system for technical reasons.

If the application is deactivated, it must be reactivated using the PID, password, and the ReaderTB app or Card and ReaderTB.

PID

You can find out your PID:

  • in Internet bankingTB or in the Tatra banka mobile application in the Profile section or
  • on the Internet bankingTB login page via the link "Do you need a PID or password?" or
  • at a branch or
  • in your contractual documentation (Agreement on the assignment and principles of use of identification, authentication and authorization means).

Password

If you do not remember your password for Internet bankingTB or the Tatra banka mobile application, you can create a new one directly when activating the application.
