Information on mortgages during a cadastral service outage

Dear clients,

The current outage of the cadastre and cadastral departments of district offices has a significant impact on banking processes.

Although we are trying to minimize the impact on your comfort, we are providing some of our services in a limited mode until the cadastre is no longer unavailable.

Mortgage consultation up to the signing of the contractual documentation

Employees in our branches will continue to be happy to consult with you about your plans for acquiring a new property. They will model the desired loan with you and prepare a loan offer for you. At the same time, we will prepare the contractual documentation for you to sign.

Mortgage disbursement

Clients can continue to submit applications for loan disbursement if they meet the conditions for loan disbursement. If the client has already met these conditions, the loan will be disbursed as standard.

If the client has not submitted documents from the cadastre to disburse the loan, its processing will be suspended. Subsequent loan provision will be possible only after the resumption of the functioning of the cadastral departments of the district offices. To draw down the loan, it will be necessary for the cadastral portal to be reactivated. Otherwise, it will be necessary for the client to submit a current original title deed with a round cadastral stamp.

The deadlines for providing and drawing down loans will be automatically postponed by the duration of the outage. This also applies to loans drawn gradually. The client will not need to sign amendments to the contract, the bank will process the change automatically.

Changes to loans

The bank will continue to process changes to loans.

The exception will be changes to real estate, for which we will prepare contractual documentation for clients to sign. Subsequent implementation of the change will be possible only after the resumption of the functioning of the cadastral departments of the district offices. To implement the change to the loan, it will be necessary to restore the operation of the cadastre portal. Otherwise, it will be necessary for the client to submit a current original title deed with a round cadastre stamp.

Early repayment of the loan

If the client requests early repayment of the loan in connection with the expiration of the interest rate fixation period, but cannot repay the loan early due to the cadastral outage, it will be necessary to request early repayment of the loan again after the cadastral operation resumes. In such a case, we will not cover the costs related to early repayment of the loan.
