Dear clients,

In light of the gradual restoration of cadastral services, we would like to inform you about the availability of our services:

Business loans secured by real estate for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs

New loans with real estate as collateral

Our branch staff will continue to consult with you on your business plans. They will model the desired loan with you and prepare a loan offer for you. The bank-approved offer is valid for up to 6 months.

Signing of contractual documentation

The signing of contractual documentation for loans secured by real estate is currently without restrictions.

Drawdown of loans

Clients can continue to submit application requests for loan disbursement as long as the conditions for drawdown are met. The processing of requests for drawdown is currently without restrictions.

Changes to loans

Due to the gradual restoration of cadastral services, changes to loans related to real estate can now be assessed and processed. The processing of requests will be handled individually depending on the type of request.

Receipts - proposal for the removal of collateral

We typically process and send the receipts after the loan has been repaid by mail to the cadastral.
