Dear clients,

The current outage of the cadastral services and the cadastral departments of district offices has a significant impact on banking processes.
Although we are trying to minimize the impact on your comfort, we are providing some of our services in a limited mode until the cadastral unavailability is eliminated.

New loans with a lien on real estate as collateral

Employees in our branches will continue to be happy to consult with you about your business plans. They will model the desired loan with you and prepare a loan offer for you. The offer approved by the bank is valid for up to 6 months.

Signing the contractual documentation

We will approach the signing of the contractual documentation for loans secured by real estate individually.

Loan disbursement

Clients can continue to submit applications for loan disbursement if they meet the conditions for loan disbursement. The application will be processed individually.

Changes to loans

Changes to loans related to real estate cannot be processed at the moment. We recommend that clients postpone them until the period when the cadastre services are restored.

Receipts - proposal for cancellation of lien

We process receipts after the loan is repaid as standard and send them by post to the cadastre.
