Changes to the Securities Registration Conditions and Fee Schedule

Dear clients,

we would like to inform you that on 01. 01. 2023 the changed Terms and Conditions for registration of securities and trading with securities in Tatra banka, a.s. will come into effect. (hereinafter referred to as "Conditions of registration") and Tatra banka, a.s. fee schedule. for services provided in the field of securities (hereinafter referred to as the "Schedule of Fees").

The above documents are updated by Tatra banka, a.s. due to legislative changes, as well as other circumstances affecting the products and services provided. You can find more information about the changes made in the document Overview of changes (available in Slovak).

If you do not agree with their change, you have the right to terminate the relevant contractual relationship free of charge and with immediate effect, in writing no later than January 1, 2023. Otherwise, the amended Registration Terms and Fee Schedule will apply to you on the effective date of the changes.
