Amendment to the Conditions for Registration and Trading in Securities

Dear clients,

we would like to inform you that on February 1, 2025, the amended Conditions for the Registration of Securities and Trading in Securities at Tatra banka, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the “Conditions for the Registration of Securities”) will come into effect.

We update the Conditions for the Registration of Securities in connection with changes in related legislation, internal processes, as well as other circumstances related to the products and services provided. For a better overview of the changes, we have prepared the document Clear Comparison – Conditions for the Registration of Securities.

The full text of the Securities Registration Conditions is available to you from December 18, 2024 in our business premises and on the bank's website.

If you do not agree with the update of the Conditions for the Registration of Securities, you have the right to terminate the contractual relationship free of charge as of the effective date of these changes. Otherwise, the amended Securities Registration Conditions will apply to you on the effective date of the change.
