Change of insurance provider

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that as of August 31, 2021, there was a change of insurance provider. The new insurer is UNIQA pojišťovna, a.s., a branch of an insurance company from another Member State, with its registered office at Krasovského 3986/15, 851 01 Bratislava, ID number: 53 812 948, entered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section Po, File 8726/B, as an organizational unit of UNIQA pojišťovna, a.s., with its registered office at Evropská 810/136, 160 00 Prague 6, Company Identification Number: 492 40 480, entered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert no. 2012

This change also affects the Fee Schedule of Tatra banka, a. s., part fees for services for natural persons, Article VIII. Principles of charging so that the business name of the original insurer will be replaced by a new insurer. The said change of insurer has no impact on the content of the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. Supplement to/New wording of the Fee Schedule of Tatra banka, a.s. for natural persons with effect from 01.09.2021 is available at the business premises and on the bank's website.
